Having formed roughly 7 years ago and grown from a one man band into a successful company off the back of continual success it is now time to add another talented member to an already stellar cast.

Your "boss" isn't come crazed suit - He is a techie with amazing business sense and a real understanding of what you do - He will inspire to ask questions, push limits and make mistakes - how else is brilliance created?

There are no fluffy little projects here howeever - You won't be pushing out pointless ads and dreaming of the bigger projects - You will be ingrained heavily in these projects and expected to add value across both the design and technical space.

This role will see you make the most of your hybrid skill set - You will be expected to be able to hand code HTML, CSS, Javascript etc - You will have a working knowledge of HTML5 or at least be able to show research that you have done into its limitations - You will also have a solid knowledge of design principles and popular software and preferably worked on some mobile apps from a UI and UX perspective.

Required skills:

• HTML5, CSS3
• Javascript, JQuery (JQuery mobile a bonus)
• Knowledge across Adobe suit - Photoshop, Illustrator etc
• App design experience (iOS, Andriod)
• Digital passion
