The company, based in Sydney is looking to recruit an experienced .NET / SharePoint Developer to join their .NET team.

Current .NET development is primarily based on ASP.Net v 4 web applications, a WCF Service layer and various data sources (MS CRM 2011, SharePoint 2010, MS SQL Server 2008). As you would expect there is an on-going process for replacing numerous bespoke legacy systems.

Projects include:

• MS SharePoint: This project is fundamental to business success and an exciting opportunity for a developer who already has, or wants to build on their MS SharePoint skills. Their vision is to drive all sales and operational activity using SharePoint workflows. Not only do they need to consolidate all data from their bespoke .NET based SharePoint system they also need to support business diversification as new customer services are offered. This project needs to deliver high quality results quickly.
  
• Electronic Invoicing and Document Storage: Bespoke legacy financial systems currently used simultaneously with Navision are to be replaced. This project again includes multiple interdependencies with other systems. Their vision is to drive the invoice generation from high-level operational data held within MS CRM which is then posted into NAV 2009, emailed to the customer using Zetadocs and then archived on SharePoint 2010.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic .NET team responsible for supporting the business diversification initiatives while maintaining and developing a large and varied number of internal systems. You will be able to respond quickly with lightweight .NET solutions to “get the job done” but will also deliver high quality, scalable, and robust .NET / SharePoint solutions in support of more established business processes.

You may be required to work on multiple projects at various stages within the development cycle. Communication and knowledge sharing skills are essential both within the IT team, with the business directly and our various technology partners.

You will be comfortable in tracking down answers and driving .NET development forward.
