Java Support Analyst - Fast growing leasing business
Sydney

Up to $80k + super + benefits. Fast growing leasing business. Sydney CBD .

This industry leading leasing business made a very large acquisition late last year and is rapidly expanding its business and technology teams. As a result of this focus on growth, an exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Java Support Analyst to join the team.

In your new role you will work closely with the business to really understand what they do and support the various systems that they use. As the systems in this business have been developed in Java, you will be involved in a range of development activities including writing enhancements and bug fixes as well as being the first port of call for support.

This role presents a great opportunity to really get to know how these production systems impact the business.

To be successful in your new role you will meet the following criteria:
Prior experience as a support analyst in an enterprise environment.
Coding skills in Java, J2EE and SQL as well as experience with WebLogic.
Strong relational database skills

You would be expected to have a computing related Degree and have commercial experience in a similar role equivalent to 4 to 5 years. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills are of course mandatory.
