An excellent opportunity has arisen for Java Development Team Lead/Development Manager to join this iconic investment bank within the online equities trading space. In this fast paced environment you will be responsible for a small team of developers to deliver mission critical projects to the business.

You will work closely with the business to ensure that high quality systems are delivered on time and within budget. You will draw on your previous experience as a Java Development Team Lead to come up with innovative ideas and solutions.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Strong development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Web services and Open source frameworks experience
Willingness to be flexible and work in a dynamic environment
Architecture experience

This role would suit someone with previous experience in mentoring a small group of developers, whilst still maintaining there technical skills. Being a great team environment that is working within the business group, you will need excellent communication skills as well.
