My client in North Ryde is looking to recruit a Change Coordinator to coordinate the resources required to implement a successful change to the customer environment. You will manage the Change Management life cycle and ensure that all changes (including emergency) have adhered to correct process and have minimal impact to the customer business. This will include system updates and proper documentation. The successful applicant will have: - At least 2 years working in an ITIL environment (preferable foundation certification)
- At least 2 years working in a service delivery environment
- A broad understanding of IT infrastructure technologies
- A strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A good working knowledge of Excel
- Previous experience in a Change Coordinator role would be advantageous.
