My client based in Sydney Australia requires a Senior Developer to develop and design, from the ground up, a new member management software and related applications with a focus on outward facing functionality for clients via the WWW. They are an Approved Sponsor from the UK to Australia and have arranged sponsorship before. They are looking at arranging telephone interviews initially and will guide you through the immigration process to make the smooth transition for this fantastic opportunity in a dynamic and exciting company.

This position requires a person that can drive the project technically and has good technical skills, design skills and business analysis skills. You will be dealing with both non technical and technical persons.

The successful candidates will have the ability to design and develop an online application from the end user perspective that will provide complex functionality in an intuitive and easy to use manner with a key focus on a modern and fresh UI. They are looking for an excellent communicator that has very strong interpersonal skills who can stand up for themselves.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• 6+ years commercial software development experience (Object Oriented).
• 3+ years commercial Web development experience (ASP.NET, C# 2.0/3.5).
• 3 + years of commercial SQL2000/2005/2008 development.
• Development of Membership Management software, POS system, CRM system or similar.

Qualifications/Experience Desirable:

• CSLA Framework.
• SQL2005/2008 Reporting Services, Integration Services, Analysis Services. SSRS, SSIS,SSAS
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) development experience.
