Due to their successful expansion they are currently seeking for a Senior .NET developer / Team Leader .NET

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5 .NET Developers
• Lead product architectural .NET development from business requirements
• Develop .NET products from business use cases by both designing and coding
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to .NET developers
• Work with PM resources and .NET developers to scope out development effort and manage resources in deliverables
• Enforce .NET development standards and ensure high code quality standards
• Provide advice to internal stakeholders on a variety of issues related to .NET development
• Document key components of systems developed in a clear and concise manner

Required:

• Master or Bachelor Degree within IT, engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated team management and leadership in .NET product development
• Deep knowledge of the .NET Framework including .NET 4.0, C# and ASP.NET (MVC)
• Excellent database skills SQL Server 2008 / 2010
• At least 5 years of local .NET development experience
• Solid experience in designing and implementing web services using WCF
• Ability to work well with in a highly collaborative team
• Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
