For one of our clients based in Sydney, we are urgently seeking for a SharePoint Developer.

Primary Purpose of the position:

The SharePoint Developer is responsible for maintaining Microsoft IIS and SharePoint 2010 servers. They will design, support and implement asp.NET web pages and services and provide administration support for the company’s public facing website and intranet.

Responsibilities:

• Design of the technical SharePoint architecture and framework for production support
• Building and implementing components within SharePoint Portal framework and system to meet business and functional requirements.
• Develop technical SharePoint specifications and documentation, including technology specific data models to support application needs.
• Coordinate Portal design and development plans with other Service. Providers to integrate their systems into the Portal. Service Provider coordination may also include application development and testing of components, modifications, and overall systems in addition to application tuning, problem analysis and resolution.
• Design, implement and maintain the Performance Measurement scorecard.
• Create, maintain, and edit HTML, XML, ASP and .NET pages and in workflow applications.
• Create, edit and modify Microsoft .Net site code and extend the capability of the standard features of SharePoint.

Skills needed:

• Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Portal 2007 and 2010 administration.
• Experience in SQL reporting services development and administration.
• Experience in Microsoft .NET Framework (Including .NET)
• Structured query language (SQL) development experience.
• Excellent ability to resolve technical and programmatic issues of a complex nature.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
