A leading software development company is currently looking to recruit an accomplished and experienced .NET Developer. Established in 2002, the company provide innovative .NET, SharePoint and UX solutions to some of the world’s largest blue chip companies.

The company produce bespoke and robust customer .NET / SharePoint solutions on behalf of a range of clients across Australia, including EDI interfaces, web applications, customer portals and database development.

As a senior .NET Developer / Architect you would be responsible for leading a small team of talented .NET developers in ensuring client requirements and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

The Role:

You would be responsible for the technical direction of development projects, providing technical guidance, ensuring expected technical standards are adhered to and that software created matches the specification. You would also be responsible for ensuring that the deliverables adhere to the software testing strategy, ensuring that quality processes have been adhered to and that all solutions are reliable.

You will be expected to create a proactive environment, managing a small team within the .NET / SharePoint development programme and ensuring your team develop to the best of their capabilities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the role will be degree educated with significant .NET / SharePoint development experience within a software development house. You will be looking to utilise your experience in a senior .NET development role, providing leadership to a small team of less experienced but capable and talented developers .NET and SharePoint experience will be essential.

This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills are required. You will be a driven and intelligent individual with excellent organisational and time-management skills, plus a strong sense of initiative and excellent problem solving ability.
