We have a brand new Business Analyst opportunity based just North of Brisbane, providing an exciting chance to join a brand new organisation in its early setup phase. This role will see you operating within HR space, so exposure to HR process and systems would be a major plus. In addition, exposure to core business systems and process mapping are also highly desirable.
In this position, you will also be responsible for the following:
- Facilitation of workshops;
- Performing "current state" analysis;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Performing "To Be" design;
- Performing a change impact analysis;
- Data analysis;
- Excellent written & verbal communication; and
- Effective stakeholder engagement.
This position will run through to June 30th initially, with good prospects for further long term work, and will particularly suit candidates based in North Brisbane through to the Sunshine Coast. Candidates interested in relocating should also express their interest.
