Senior Business Analyst Financial Markets

  • Contract 6 months + to long term role CBD based

Our financial services client is currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with good skills across all stages of the SDLC, through initial requirements gathering and requirements specification through to functional, test definition and execution as part of the Quality Assurance Team. You will have good knowledge of interest rate products with some mathematical ability to calculate cash flows as you will be working closely with the traders.

You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a mix of some of the following skills:

  • Several years experience of requirements/specifications, process analysis and functional requirements
  • Knowledge of one or more interest rate products such as Bonds, Bills, FRN's and Credit Fonciers is highly desirable
  • The ability to develop Test Strategies, Plans and Scripts from requirements documents
  • The ability to write a document to a high standard of English
  • Desirable skills in writing basic SQL queries although not mandatory
