Are you a Siebel (version 7 or 8) expert? Do you want to call the shots and manage the external vendor for this large organisation's complex and dynamic environment?

This unique & newly created role requires an expert in Siebel, to implement and deploy several life cycles across the organisation. Working as the key "go to" specialist for this entire organisation (the largest organisation in what they do), this senior position will see you working with the Enterprise Architects, external vendor and internal IT production support staff, to play a pivotal part in the strategic direction and implementation of the Siebel 8 implementation.

You will have hands-on experience with Application Response Measurement (SARM), Application Deployment Manager (ADM), performance tuning, Siebel Tools and Siebel CRM software. This is a career opportunity for a technical specialist to use their analysis and consultative ability in a large, complex and challenging environment.

Essentials:

• Minimum 15 years experience in the CRM space with minimum 8 years expertise with Siebel CRM - version 7 or 8 (including hands on configuration and high level domain & architectural knowledge, etc.)
• Experience having done Siebel release deployments, Siebel upgrades, maintain deployment and environment build scripts for at least 2 full life cycle implementations - ideally a lot more
• Proven experience in contributing to CRM/Siebel strategy, software design concepts/frameworks, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of Siebel Administration activities such as Install, configure and administer Siebel Servers for production and test, etc. as well as Windows Operating environments and Oracle
• Experience in managing external vendor relationships
• Industry certification in Siebel: Siebel Consultant Certified Expert - at least Version 7, ideally version 8

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with Genesys
• Experience across contemporary architecture techniques
• Demonstrated ability of compliance to current best practice and emerging trends in products, technology and delivering solutions
