My Client specialise in the design, implementation, integration and support of Oracle Business Applications. Their mission is to assist clients extract the most value from their investment in Business Systems, at least cost. Who are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager that will be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are satisfied through the timely completion of specific project deliverables. You will be responsible for the overall project plans, budgets, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. The major emphasis is on deployment and management/coordination of tasks. Position Objectives: - Provide budget analysis, resource planning, and coordination of activities between clients and company personnel.
- Serve as a mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and services to clients.
- Establish project change management processes and activities for the team to utilize.
- Ensure customer satisfaction of solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
- Manages partners relationships.
- Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
Experience and Qualifications: - At least 4+ years experience as a Change Manager
- At least 10 years in the IT industry
- Solid experience in a Delivery Management role (Excellent track record)
- Knowledge of ERP - Oracle E-business
