Oracle Applications Technical Change Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a best-practice Change Management framework for deployment.
  • Ensuring the Communications Plan meets business goals and the established project standards.
  • Working with key business stakeholders to manage the impact on all areas of the business affected by the project implementation
  • Reviewing and approving communications sent out to the business.
  • Assessing feedback received regarding change management activities and identifying and implementing appropriate actions.
  • Identify business readiness criteria and assist in defining the readiness process

To be successful you will have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Change Manager with a solid track record
  • Minimum 10 years experience in IT
  • Oracle Applications experience (Middleware)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good project management and task management skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
