Having recently made a few senior appointments and continual work flowing through the door the time has come to add another 2 x members to the UX team - This particular addition will be a Senior UX specialist - You will work directly under the head of UX and play a management role of the team alongside you.

It's needless to say that your understanding of user-centred design goes beyond deep and that user research, IA and interaction design are things get you out of bed in the morning.

The client list that you will be exposed too are fun . . . they want boundaries pushed and the main focus of this work is the customers experience - They just need you to help shape it and help define its key aspects and how it will evolve across the many platforms that you will be exposed too.

Skills:-

• Delivery of high quality concept models based around user centric designs
• Sitemaps, wireframes, process flows
• Assessment of archaic online offerings for re-design
• User testing / research sessions
• Client management

This is a heavily rewarding role - you will have access to some of Australia's biggest companies and high visibility campaigns - you will be a selection of high profile senior hires entrusted with the continual innovation of their digital offering.

It should go without saying however for this role your skills will need to be A-grade, your motivation at its peak, communication skills top notch and your passion for all things UX evident . . .
