Technical Project Manager / Voice Analyst - Contact cent migration

Leading online organisation are looking for a hands on Technical PM / Voice Analyst to head up phase 1 of their migration on site in the CBD - You will be consolidating the telco assets into a single vendor structure for APAC wide numbers. You will be focusing on implementing a contact routing platform aligned with their business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of an inbound phone number consolidation workstream inclusive of: mapping existing and to be configurations, managing telecom vendors through to delivery, tracking risks / issues, working with business units to resolve non-portable numbers (replacements) and end to end testing and sign-off.
  • Management of change to origin and destination number services over the period of the porting project.
  • Assist with other project initiatives as they arise over the course of the project relating to the overall program of works with its scope being to consolidate the regional contact centre landscape onto a single platform. (Minor role within this project phase).
  • Assist with the documentation and management of requirements as needed for subsequent phases of the project.

Work Experience Guidelines:

  • Regional experience porting ingress telecom assets between vendors.
  • Experience managing non geographic phone number terminations and network based features. Time of day routing , % splits, multi geography summer / winter schedules.
  • Solid documentation skills.
  • Experience working in complex multi layer change teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously with high calibre deliverables.
  • Previous Experience implementing large multi site contact center operations across Asia Pacific.
  • Experience in eliciting business requirements across internal stakeholders located across the region.
  • Solid experience managing stakeholders, driving through to signoff of requirements.
  • Experience working with and understanding concepts of peripheral teams - Workforce planning, Reporting, Service Delivery
  • Regional experience porting ingress telecom assets between vendors.
  • Experience working on concept, requirements, design and delivery stages of a contact center technology implementation (voice specific)
