Based in the eastern suburbs, the IT infrastructure (deployment) project manager will be working with the Speech Analytics central management team, direct all aspects of a Speech Analytics deployment for a nominated site/s, including computer software deployment, hardware placement & configuration, facilities assessment, pre-deployment business preparation & cut-over.

The IT Infrastructure (deployment) Project Manager will be responsible for end to end management of a Speech Analytics Recording platform to a one or more contact centres.

The duties includes:

• Responsible for all project management tasks such as creation and maintenance of a project plan  
• On going site management of the project team, all project documentation (status reporting, issues list, requirements documentation, etc), timely issues escalation, oversight of infrastructure deployment, testing and rollout.
• Work closely with the Speech Analytics IT group, On-Site Project Team, and Vendor, if applicable.
• Responsible for facilitating communications and reporting project progression to management.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience and familiarity with network, server and disk storage architectures .
• Project management and vendor management experience.
• Experience managing large, technical, multi site projects.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to work well with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical and business teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes.
