Senior Engineer - Nortel

Working for a global top tier consultancy your role on-site with a blue chip company is to provide Telecoms, PBX, and Call Centre technology solutions support to a large corporate in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
- Responding to Level 3 remote and on-site support.
- Oversee and pro-actively manage faults and escalations.
- Ensure lines of communication are kept open until faults are resolved.
- Project Management of Technical Solutions for the client around solutions
- Integrate PBX with Call Centre software
- Create DR for failover and DR for Overflow

Required Skills:
- 4-6 Years experience in PBX, Call Centre and Telephony solutions
- Knowledge of Nortel PBX Devices and PBX Migrations
- Experience adding remote capability on PBX
- Experience with Call Centre Technologies
