Do you have a strong background in VoIP and contact centre design and implementation? Are you looking for a challenging role with all of the latest technologies in IP Telephony with one of the largest companies sites in Australia? Do you have experience with multiple platforms? If yes, read on!

Working as a Subject Matter Expert, this role requires a VoIP professional with a strong background in IP Telephony and Contact Centre technologies. To secure this challenging, rewarding role, you should have an extensive background in:
- VoIP and related protocols (eg. Cisco Unified Comms (CUCM) IPTel)
- IP Telephony security and network design;
- Contact Centres (eg. Nortel Symposium, Genesys, Cisco, Verint etc);
- Service Delivery/IT Management;
- ITIL;
- Experience with carriers and vendors; and
- Network management.
In addition to this, experience with acting as the technical lead involved in projects and design is necessary.
