The salary package on offer is $68,000 (including super) - and offers CPI percentage increases annually! You will: - Assist with software roll-outs and perform testing on new program versions
- Assist with projects, administration and general ad hoc duties as required
- Assist and support the front and Back End operations
- Assist with IT systems training on all in-house applications
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users on in-house systems (hands-on support, not helpdesk)
- Develop new and maintain existing user training and technical documentation
- Pro-actively manage areas using initiative and suggest ways to improve systems and procedures for greater efficency
- Travel - Initial training provided is located both interstate & overseas - fantastic opportunity to travel!
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: - Ability to provide IT applications and technical support for internal staff & external vendors
- Exposure and understanding of IT project management, business analysis and testing
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Advanced to Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A high level of professionalism, dedication and mature mindset
- Ability to take on large amounts of responsibility and work autonomously as well as in a team
- Highly self-motivated, strong initiative with a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
