BDM - Commercial Interior Architecture ($90K + Car + Commission)

Our Client:
Is a leading Commercial architect with offices all over the world. They offer their clients interior design solutions that maximise the potential of their workforce and facilities. They build strategic lasting relationships with constructors and a vast referral network in the leasing agents space has been built and maintained on the quality of the work they provide. This company regularly sponsors corporate events and drives referrals derived to their sales people. Due to a fantastic 2010 this company is looking to secure the services of a Proven BDM from the commercial fit out and architecture space to join their successful Sydney team.

The Role on offer:
Reporting to the Sales Director your role will involve building strong relationships in the commercial leasing space and building relationships with senior management within corporate clients. Your work will be diverse and interesting, incorporating client entertainment, tender response and business development work. You will be working with a highly professional team who will look for your input to business challenges.

Remuneration for this role will include:

• Base Salary of $75K - $90K Base + Super
• Commission structure that will see earnings well above $165K
• Car Allowance
• Tools of trade - Mobile, Laptop etc

Selection Criteria:
To be successful in your application for this role you must possess the following skills:

• Proven sales skills within the B2B Environment
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the commercial fitout/FFE  space
• Excellent network in the commercial leasing sector
• Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to your work
• Professional presentation skills
