Our government client is seeking a Communications Officer with expert skills to undertake communications and marketing activities aligned with organisational change management.  

You will be part of a major project to undertake transformation of the current telecommunications netowork over the next 4 to 6 months

As the successful Communications Officer your tasks will be to:

• Coordinate and implement communications plan for TIR voice services roll out
• Coordinate and implement communications plan for Ward office cabling project
• Update TIR Intranet site with current information
• Manage key messages for the TIR project
• Create and prepare key communications across approved channels
• Provide hotline responses for project approval
• Conduct voice services survey, collate results and complete a report
• Coordinate training logistics for the IPTEL roll out
• Notify staff of training opportunities throughout the roll out
• Book staff into training
