Our government client is seeking a Communications Officer with expert skills to undertake communications and marketing activities aligned with organisational change management. You will be part of a major project to undertake transformation of the current telecommunications netowork over the next 4 to 6 months As the successful Communications Officer your tasks will be to: - Coordinate and implement communications plan for TIR voice services roll out
- Coordinate and implement communications plan for Ward office cabling project
- Update TIR Intranet site with current information
- Manage key messages for the TIR project
- Create and prepare key communications across approved channels
- Provide hotline responses for project approval
- Conduct voice services survey, collate results and complete a report
- Coordinate training logistics for the IPTEL roll out
- Notify staff of training opportunities throughout the roll out
- Book staff into training
